Reimagined by Kathryn Ireland, this 1960’s sleek, wrap-around desk has a distinctive retro feel. Made in oiled African Walnut with a beautiful Black Vellum writing insert. The drawers are clad in stylish Brass Faux Shagreen fronts and Aged Brass Handles. All of our products are sealed with polyurethane for residential use in order to protect and enhance durability. If you are actively using this piece every day as a work station, for example, we would suggest a glass top to ensure maximum longevity. African walnut, sometimes referred to as Amazaque, is a beautiful close grained, stable hard wood which has a finish somewhere between black walnut and Rosewood. The timber is finished in a high quality Tung oil.
